eTip-027 Installing and using eTouch for Health on the Apple iPad and iPhone |

eTouch for Health on the iPad operates as a companion to your primary eTouch running on your desktop or laptop computer. The companion eTouch runs on the iPad via subscriptions which are available for monthly or yearly time periods. Activating the iPad/Cloud Access: 1. Either at the time of purchase of the Primary eTouch or later on the Cloud Config screen purchase a monthly or yearly iPad/Cloud access subscription 2. Register your eTouch and your eTouch code (if you did not do so at installation time) on the Cloud Config screen 3. You will receive an email from eTouch for Health within 24 hours of receiving both your subscrition order and your registration, you will be issued an access code. Enter this code and then update your Key Status and you will be activated. Once eTouch is installed on the Primary Computer and after the iPad/Cloud Access is activated in the steps above, then the eTouch files are copied from the Primary Computer to the iPad using Apple iTunes. eTouch runs on the iPad using the free FileMaker Go 14 App. This is downloaded from App store using your iPad. Once FM Go is installed, you are ready to go! Just open FM Go and open the Alpha.ETH file and you are on your way. If you have not purchased a Cloud Access Subscription, click step #1. If you have already purchased a subscription, go to step #2 below. Clicking the button above will take you to the eTouch website. Select your computer platform and operating system to guide you to the products and where you can purchase. Or, click the buttons on the right to puchase monthly, yearly or one-time iOS subscription. |

Once we receive your eTouch Code, we will issue your Access Codes and email these to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to complete. • Enter your access codes on the Cloud Config Screen and then click step #3, Update Access Key button

• On your iPad, go the Apps Store http://www.filemaker.com/products/filemaker-go/ • Select Download FileMaker Go 14 • Download and install FileMaker Go 14 (or latest version) onto your iPad |

| Copying eTouch for Health files to the iPad | |||
Apple iTunes is the bridge app between your Primary Computer and your iPad. iTunes is used to install your files, updates files and move datafiles between your iPad and Primary Computer. • If you do not have iTunes installed, go here and then download and install. www.apple.com/itunes/download • Connect your iPad to your Primary Computer using the iPad's cable • Close your eTouch application on the Primary Computer • Open iTunes • Select your iPad in the left column under the Devices section and notice the tabs that then appear at the top right of the iTunes screen • Click on the Apps tab Note: all the Apps that you have installed on your iPad will now show in a list. If you scoll down past these, you will see another list of Apps listed under File Sharing. This is where FM Go and eTouch will live. We have also noticed that the scroll bars on this part of the iTunes store are sometimes difficult to seperate. • Click on FileMaker Go in the list under File Sharing • Click the Add... button (located bottom right of the FileMaker Go Documents window) • Go to your eTouch for Health folder (Windows, look in My Documents folder; Mac, look in your Applications folder) • Select All Files • Deselect eTouch for Health ETH (Make sure that this file is NOT copied to your iPad.)
Windows: Control Click on a single file to select or deselect Mac: Command Click on a single file to select or deselect • Click the Open button to copy all files over except eTouch for Health ETH The eTouch files will be copied to the iPad. • Click the Disconnect button beside the iPad in the Devices list (always do this before disconnecting your iPad) • Unhook your iPad from your Primary Computer *Starting with FM GO 13, it is no longer allowed to copy the eTouch App over. |

• Open FileMaker Go on your iPad • Click on Alpha.ETH to open eTouch for Health on your iPad If prompted, enter Account/user name: my and Password: hope |

| Renewing Access Subscriptions | |||
You do not need to register again. Your subscription order will be received and we will send you new access codes. |
